By purchasing from HuginHelm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't purchase.

2. Product Ownership & Usage Rights

You receive:

• A non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the product
• Personal/commercial use (depends on product)
• Modification rights (depends on product license)

You CANNOT:

• Share product files with others (unless team license)
• Resell the product
• Claim ownership of the product
• Violate any third-party rights

3. Intellectual Property

We own: All product designs, content, code, music, writing. Trademark rights to HuginHelm.

You own: Your customer data (if applicable), your modifications (if allowed), your content (if we write for you).

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use products for illegal purposes
• Violate others' intellectual property rights
• Spam or harass customers
• Reverse-engineer our software
• Attempt to hack or breach our systems
• Resell/redistribute our products

5. Limitation of Liability

HuginHelm is provided "as-is." We're not liable for loss of profits, indirect damages, or results/outcomes of using products.

Our liability: Refund of purchase price only.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

We make NO warranties that:

• Products will meet your expectations
• Products are error-free
• Products are secure or uninterrupted
• Results are guaranteed

7. Payment & Billing

• Payment: Via Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit card
• Billing: Monthly (subscriptions) or one-time (products)
• Disputes: Contact your card issuer directly

8. Subscription Terms

• Auto-renewal: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via dashboard or email
• Billing date: Same day each month

9. Privacy & Data

• Data collection: We collect name, email, payment info only
• Usage: We use data to deliver service + send updates
• Sharing: We never sell or share your data
• GDPR: Compliant. You can request data deletion anytime.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
